Booking Details

The apartment is available for both short breaks (min. 2 nights) and full-week bookings, which may begin and end on any day, subject to availability. The apartment comfortably sleeps up to 3 adults (the sofa bed is a distinctly narrow double...).

Children: Whilst we accept children, we would emphasise that the apartment is not child-proofed or child-oriented, and young children from toddlerdom through to about age 7 will generally not make for a relaxing, stress-free stay!

Prices: £85–£105 per night for short breaks, depending on the season and whether midweek or weekend; £475–£575 per week, depending on the season. All linen, toiletries and utilities are included, and there are no additional charges for goods or services.Guests not using our private parking space are rebated £5 per night.

Bond: We ask for a security bond of £100, though we have never yet had cause to withhold repayment. (Please note that the electronic key fobs are absurdly expensive to replace!)

Payment (by cheque or bank transfer): 20% deposit at time of booking, with the balance plus bond payable not less than 5 weeks before the start of the let. Full payment is required at time of booking where the let is due to start within 5 weeks.

Strictly no smoking (and smoking is forbidden by law in all communal areas within the building).

Pets: We regret that we are unable to accept pets.
